Customers should acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure, and while Mindcurrent will do everything in its power to protect information, Mindcurrent cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.Customers will be responsible for keeping their Username and Password for accessing Mindcurrent’s website and/or mobile application confidential. Mindcurrent will never ask for a password other than when needed to log into our website or mobile application.
Destruction of Data
Unless otherwise noted specifically below, data will be destroyed based on the Data Retention Schedule in Appendix A.
Methods of Destruction.
Data containing health information and any personal data will be destroyed to industry standards for safe electronic deletion.
Right to Deletion.
Mindcurrent recognizes the users right to their own personal data. As such, all personal data will be deleted upon request of the user, notwithstanding any legal requirements to retain this data. Users can request the deletion of their personal data by emailing info@mindcurrent.io.
Amendments and Updates to the Policy
Mindcurrent may update this policy from time to time. New and material changes to this policy will be posted at this link.
APPENDIX A – DATA RETENTION SCHEDULE
The Data Retention Schedule below outlines Mindcurrent’s Policy for maintaining and destroying records as necessary.
Data Type: End User Identifiable Information
Description: Data that identifies or could be used to identify the user of a Mindcurrent service.
Retention Period: 180 Days.
Data Type: Customer Content
Description: Content directly provided/created by admins and end users, including all text, sound, video, image files, and software created and stored in Mindcurrent data centers when using Mindcurrent services.
Retention Period: 180 Days.
Data Type: Anonymized User Data
Description: Anonymized user profile, biometric, and activity data stored separately from End User Identifiable Information, connected via End User Pseudonymous Identifiers.
Retention Period: 3 years.
Data Type: End User Pseudonymous Identifiers
Description: An identifier created by Mindcurrent tied to the user of a Mindcurrent service. When combined with other information, such as a mapping table, End User Pseudonymous Identifiers identify the end user.
Retention Period: 3 years.
Data Type: Financial Records
Description: Transactions, entries, ledgers, statements, and related accounting and financial records.
Retention Period: 7 years.

OUR POLICY TOWARDS CHILDREN
The Site is not directed to persons under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal identifiable Information, we will delete such information from our files.
