You may also opt out from receiving commercial email from us by sending your request to us by email at info@mindcurrent.io.  

Please be aware that if you opt out of receiving commercial email from us or otherwise modify the nature or frequency of promotional communications you receive from us, it may take up to ten business days for us to process your request, and you may continue receiving promotional communications from us during that period. 
Additionally, even after you opt out from receiving commercial messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us regarding the Service.

LOG DATA
When you use a web browser to visit the Site, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends when you visit a website ("Log Data"). Mindcurrent cooperates with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce and comply with the law. Business Transfers.

We may make certain aggregated, automatically-collected, or otherwise anonymized information available to third parties for various purposes, including for business or marketing purposes or to assist third parties in understanding our users’ interest, habits, and usage patterns for certain programs, content, services, advertisements, promotions, and/or functionality available through the Service.DATA RETENTION POLICYOur data retention policy ensures that Mindcurrent adequately protects and maintains necessary records and documents. Additionally, this policy ensures that records that are no longer needed by Mindcurrent are discarded/destroyed at the appropriate time.

Administration
Appendix A contains a Data Retention Schedule that serves as the retention and disposal/destruction for Mindcurrent’s physical and electronic records. Modifications may be made to this Data Retention Schedule to ensure compliance with appropriate legislation.All retained information will be used solely for the purposes described in our Privacy and Cookies Policy.

Suspension of Record Destruction in the Event of Legal Proceedings or Inquiries
It may become necessary to retain data beyond the limits set forth in this Policy.Data retention may be prolonged in the event of any ongoing investigation or inquiries from EU Member State Authorities or to ensure compliance with any other legal obligation.

Security of Personal Information
Mindcurrent will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent loss, misuse or alteration of your personal data.Mindcurrent will store personal information in databases and logs.Note: Mindcurrent does not store any paper copies of Personal Information. Personal Information is only stored electronically.
Customers should acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure, and while Mindcurrent will do everything in its power to protect information, Mindcurrent cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.Customers will be responsible for keeping their Username and Password for accessing Mindcurrent’s website and/or mobile application confidential. Mindcurrent will never ask for a password other than when needed to log into our website or mobile application.

Destruction of Data
Unless otherwise noted specifically below, data will be destroyed based on the Data Retention Schedule in Appendix A.

Methods of Destruction.

Data containing health information and any personal data will be destroyed to industry standards for safe electronic deletion.

Right to Deletion.

Mindcurrent recognizes the users right to their own personal data. As such, all personal data will be deleted upon request of the user, notwithstanding any legal requirements to retain this data. Users can request the deletion of their personal data by emailing info@mindcurrent.io.

Amendments and Updates to the Policy
Mindcurrent may update this policy from time to time. New and material changes to this policy will be posted at this link.

APPENDIX A – DATA RETENTION SCHEDULE

The Data Retention Schedule below outlines Mindcurrent’s Policy for maintaining and destroying records as necessary.

Data Type: End User Identifiable Information
Description: Data that identifies or could be used to identify the user of a Mindcurrent service.
Retention Period: 180 Days.

Data Type: Customer Content
Description: Content directly provided/created by admins and end users, including all text, sound, video, image files, and software created and stored in Mindcurrent data centers when using Mindcurrent services.
Retention Period: 180 Days.

Data Type: Anonymized User Data
Description: Anonymized user profile, biometric, and activity data stored separately from End User Identifiable Information, connected via End User Pseudonymous Identifiers.
Retention Period: 3 years.

Data Type: End User Pseudonymous Identifiers
Description: An identifier created by Mindcurrent tied to the user of a Mindcurrent service. When combined with other information, such as a mapping table, End User Pseudonymous Identifiers identify the end user.
Retention Period: 3 years.

Data Type: Financial Records 
Description: Transactions, entries, ledgers, statements, and related accounting and financial records.
Retention Period: 7 years.

SECURITY
Mindcurrent is very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information. We employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot and do not guarantee that information about you will not be accessed, viewed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our administrative, physical, and electronic safeguards. We will make any legally-required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored personal data to you via email or conspicuous posting on this Site in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, consistent with (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement or (ii) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.

Our Site contains links to other websites. The fact that we link to a website is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of our affiliation with that third party. We do not exercise control over third party websites. OUR POLICY TOWARDS CHILDREN
The Site is not directed to persons under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personally identifiable information without their consent, he or she should contact us at info@mindcurrent.io. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal identifiable Information, we will delete such information from our files.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason; each version will apply to information collected while it was in place. We will notify you of any modifications to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on our Site and indicating the date of the latest revision. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. In the event that the modifications materially alter your rights or obligations hereunder, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the change. For example, we may send a message to your email address or generate a pop-up or similar notification when you access the Service for the first time after such material changes are made.
